Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

• Custom Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive confirmation once your order is approved and in production.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times (after shipping)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (U.S. only)

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for options.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bkbsportsco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
